Shipping methods
We use air freight, sea freight, and express courier services based on shipment size, urgency, destination, and customer preference.
Estimated delivery
Express air is typically 3–7 business days, standard air 7–14 business days, and sea freight 3–6 weeks. These are estimates and may change with product availability, customs, carrier issues, or force majeure.
Customs and tracking
Customers are responsible for destination customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. Once shipped, MST provides carrier and tracking details where available. For damaged or lost shipments, contact info@mst.parts within 48 hours.
